GO4+1 is operated by BLUE IVY NYC INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC (“GO4+1,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 600 3rd Ave, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10016. Contact us at grace@go4plus1.com.
2. Information stored by the desktop application
GO4+1 is designed primarily as a local Windows desktop application. As currently configured, your pre-trade mission, Wake-Up Line, settings, discipline events, and locally recorded Wake-Up audio are stored on your device. The application does not connect to your brokerage account, read your positions, or transmit your local voice recording to us.
If you export a report or recording, you control where that file is stored or shared.
3. Information you provide to us
We receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, name, message, product feedback, support request, or beta request. Please do not send brokerage credentials, account numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive financial information.
4. Website and technical information
Our website and hosting providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser and device type, request time, diagnostic logs, and essential cookies or authentication information. We do not currently use behavioral advertising or sell personal information.
5. How we use information
- Respond to support and beta requests.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve GO4+1.
- Understand product feedback and prevent misuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
6. Disclosure and retention
We may disclose information to service providers that help operate our website, email, or product; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, our company, or our rights. We retain contact and support information only as reasonably needed for these purposes, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Security and your choices
No security method is perfect, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information provided directly to us by emailing support. You control local GO4+1 files through your device.
8. Children
GO4+1 is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the product.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented on this page or through another appropriate notice.
