1. Acceptance
By accessing or using GO4+1, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. What GO4+1 is
GO4+1 is educational discipline software designed to create timed screen protection, planning prompts, Wake-Up Line reminders, and discipline records for traders. It is not a broker, exchange, trading platform, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, or financial institution.
3. No investment advice
GO4+1 does not recommend securities, futures, options, currencies, crypto assets, strategies, entries, exits, position sizes, or trades. Nothing in the product or website is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for every trading decision.
4. Limited license
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GO4+1 for personal lawful purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass protection controls, introduce malicious code, or use the product to violate law or another party’s rights.
5. Beta software
Beta software may contain errors, change without notice, or be discontinued. Features, compatibility, pricing, and availability may change before general release. Maintain your own trading safeguards and do not rely on GO4+1 as the sole method of controlling financial risk.
6. User responsibility
You are responsible for your computer, audio, brokerage platform, connectivity, open positions, pending orders, risk controls, passwords, and backups. Verify that GO4+1 operates as expected before relying on any timer, reminder, window, sound, score, or report.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
GO4+1, its software, text, design, Market Warrior character, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to BLUE IVY NYC INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, while we will not publicly identify you without permission.
8. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO4+1 is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or error-free performance. We do not guarantee discipline, trading performance, profits, or prevention of losses. BLUE IVY NYC INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or trading-related losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by New York law. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
